Jill Kramer
Jill is one of those fortunate and rare individuals who loves what she does. Raised in the window covering business with a formal education in interior design (The Art Institute Of Seattle), Jill is well respected by peers and trusted by clients.
Finding the best solution for a client's budget is where Jill's creativity meets her motivation. Whether it is a new home full of custom blinds, shades or shutters; or making a room spectacular with custom drapery and other one-of-a-kind fabric treatments, Jill works hard to find the perfect solution for her clients.
Her in-depth knowledge of Hunter Douglas broad array of products and her experience with selecting the best fabrics for truly unique finishes places her among the best window coverings experts in the Puget Sound. There may not be another individual with more experience or expertise.
Tara Maklin
Tara is a great team member and designer. Tara studied Interior Design at Clover Park and the Art Institute of Seattle. Her varied background makes her a great resource for clients looking for a design edge to their window coverings project. A color theory expert, she has an extraordinary ability to blend materials, textures and colors.
She spent 8 yrs in interior design before joining Pugerudes. As a furniture design consultant, she was sought after because of her talent, demeanor and ability to work with budgets both large and small. She also worked in the staging business where she learned to work quickly and developed her ability to bring beauty and excitement to the spaces she designed.
After learning the ins and outs of the window coverings trade she is now helping clients in the home come up with just the right solutions. Her creativity and ability to work with different budgets makes her a client favorite. We love her and you will too!
David Kramer
While Dave did not grow up in the design industry, he has become crucial to Pugerudes success. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Seattle Pacific University and joined Pugerudes following his career in Technology Sales. Today, Dave puts his sales and accounting background to good use as he is responsible for the business and finance side of Pugerudes . He also handles most of the installation and repair work. His hands-on approach provides him a unique perspective to assist Jill and the team with design work..

Annie
Annie is our Administrative assistant. She has a degree from Green River College. Annie brings a blend of professionalism and organizational skills to our team. She grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina and now lives in Kent with her cat Bo. She is an Americorps Alum and now spends her free time reading, making crafts and roller skating.
Alex
Alex is our dedicated installer for all window coverings. He is a certified Hunter Douglas Installer receiving his certification after traveling to Colorado to attend Hunter Douglas’s certified installer program. He’s been with us for a whole year now and has learned all the ins and outs of the shades that he installs and knows all the tricks to make the installation look perfect. Aside from his responsibilities at Pugerudes he’s also an avid rock climber and snowboarding enthusiast. Whether it’s installing shades or riding down a mountain he loves to stay on the move!
Maisy
Maisy is the heart (and the napper) of our showroom, with her cozy spot tucked behind Jill’s desk. At just two years old, Maisy has earned the nickname “Lazy Maisy” thanks to her love of long naps and laid-back attitude.
While she spends most of her day snoozing, Maisy still makes time for a little fun — she gets her exercise twice a day and absolutely loves chasing the laser on the stairs. On her days off, you’ll find her romping around with her cousin Zoe, enjoying their playful adventures together.
If you visit us, Maisy might get up to greet you — or she might just keep snoozing. (Please don’t take it personally!) Feel free to ask to meet her — she’s always happy to make new friends… once she wakes up!

Ben Marcus
Our family is growing! We are so happy to have Alex in our family. Lauren and Alex were married in July. Our son Reed is traveling this year with new adventures everyday! Dave and I are enjoying our new empty nester life with our new addition to our family, Maisy our new puppy. She loves to meet clients. Stop by and visit.
